Without any doubt these sketchers with the gel packs built right in them. They are light and you can walk all day without your feet growing tired. For added support for heels and lower back, add Dr. Scholl's Planter faciitis heel inserts. If I am on my feet for more then a few hours, I wear compression socks too from Rite Aid. They have black dress socks there in those.

Just go to Walmart and use the machine/buy the inserts of others have stated. I developed metatarsalgia from standing to much and finally bought the Dr Scholls inserts. They are absolutely amazing! Took 1 month of sitting down for my foot to fully heal but I've had zero foot pain since.

My ex wife wife was nurse and she got me some that all the nurse wore but I'llhave check what brand. A lot of foot pain and that heavy leg feeling comes from poor circulation. Getting some good insoles and compression socks will go a long way. I used to work large loss at servpro and would have to work 100+ hour weeks at times, and taking care of feet was a must.

Superfeet insoles ftw!!

Hey guys,

I’ve had a few jobs where I had to be on my feet all damn day, and the more weight I put on, the worse it would get (just like knees and joints in general). I’ve dealt with plantar fasciitis too, and the one thing that’s helped me the most, no matter what kind of shoes I needed to wear were good insoles. Superfeet brand have been the best that I’ve tried (next to custom orthotics of course, but those are $$$), they make a lot of different types for different needs. Those soft squishy Dr Scholls insoles aren’t any good for you, they may feel like pillows at first, but they’re not good long term.
