how do i go about getting some one to clean up a 78 speed record and transfer it to a cd? back in the 1950,s my mother-in-law recorded a song with fats domino and i have the only copy. it was never released.

there are cd burners

that attach to record players.. that's my uncles new hobby.. putting 45's onto cd.. to keep older music around.. is the 45 scratched or damaged at all??

your record player

must have hookups for the cdburner to hook up. you might have to line it through your computer to get the info through to convert it. that might work.

the setups i have seen are not even hooked to pc's.. just burner setups.. but, it definitely is possible..

well thanks guys but it has a chip in it and it is a 78 not a 45. i may have to sgo to a pro for this one. wonder how i would get the copy rights since it never was released and i have the only copy?

do you have a turntable that can play 78's?? and if so.. can you play it and get it onto a tape.. if you can do that.. and mail it to me.. I can get it put to cd for you..

yeah i do have a turn table and a duel cassett deck. but the chip comes out in it. thats why t thought maybe a remixxer could fiix it and take out that old static back ground.?
