Offseason Client Progress

This is an offseason client I've been working with for a couple years now. He lives in Slovakia. He's added about 20kg (45 pounds) of muscle between the pics.

Hey guys it's me in the pics.. just wanted to tell you that hiring Shelby was a great investment... there's nobody in my area with that kind of knowledge and I definetely wouldn't be here without his help... We're starting the prep for October/November shows soon

You have made great progress, it's obvious that you have worked your ass off.

thanks guys, but I know it could have been even better if I really did everything 100%... I must confess that sometimes I miss my meals (but only rarely my workouts lol), however I strive to achieve Shelby's level of discipline...
With Shelby I finally understood that consistency is the key... if I do everything as he says, I see progress from week to week. Period. He always knows what to do to keep rolling.
As soon as I have a weaker week (school, business or personal stuff), no progress. And this bothers me so much when I look back.
But I'm just 20y.o. so I have plenty of room to learn to be 100% consistent
