Offseason Client

Here are a couple recent pics of a client of mine. We started working together in mid-December and he was about 283, in these pics he's 305. He's probably going to do the Jr Nationals this year, and if things go well, perhaps a pro-qualifier.

All feedback / constructive criticism is welcome. He said he wasn't sure he was ready for a National level show yet but I assured him he was.

Great shoulder to waist ratio, quad sweep and back... this guy has his bases covered structuraly.
Show him how to do the incline fly stretch that you posted yesterday, he can use a little extra upper chest mass. He is crazy lean after gaining 22 pounds, kudos Shelby this guy is going to bring da house down
