In fact, this question has been asked hundreds of times on the forum and hundreds of people keep asking it both here and on social media, looking for a magic recipe that doesn't exist.
The main question is: why do you need extra fat when you're already eating 1000 g of carbs?
If you're eating 1,000 g of carbs and, let's say, 250-300 g of protein, then even without adding any extra fats, your total fat intake will still probably be around 50 g per day, even if you're eating very low-fat foods like rice, cream of rice, lean meats, etc. You'll almost certainly have some oats, chicken, and other foods that naturally contain small amounts of fat.
Then add 10 g of EPA + DHA from fish oil, and you're already at 60 g or more of total fat per day. In my opinion, that's more than enough for someone using PEDs, since your hormones aren't relying on dietary fat the way they do naturally. It's also enough for all the important physiological functions, including the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K.
Personally, I simply put the omega-3 with the first and last meal, because those are the meals where I usually have people take most of their vitamins and minerals. If you're eating foods like whole eggs or oats, I'd also place them in the first or last meal, together with your vitamin supplements.
Don't complicate - keep it simple.
