I've been as heavy as 270lbs, but that 270 was sloppy compare to what I am now. I definitely believe in the saying that every time you cycle from bulk to cut your body does get better and more efficient at keeping the fat off. I eat clean for the most part but I eat mcdonald at least 7 times a week which I never did before yet my body has hold it's shape pretty nicely so I got believe my body has gotten more efficient. deadlifting might be pack on the muscle too because I've only been doing it for 9 weeks now, before that the last time I deadlifted was in high school...I just pulled 605 for 5 today for my last set after a full back workout so I'm hoping that correlates to lean mass gains. Doing everything I can to get my chest and back up to par with my legs, got about 8 months to do it before dieting so wish me luck...
