Offtopic: Accident, Not at fault but

I have a 2015 Mercedes C with 15k miles and I got rear ended... The guy's insurance called and admitted fault but they say they may not put OEM parts on the car. I told the bodyshop the situation and told them to not do anything and ask me before putting the parts if insurance was trying to fool them. So how do I battle this? I want OEM parts, not some shitty made in China oarts

Do you have a lawyer? Have him/her make a call for you an insist on OEM parts.

Okay so adjuster said they're gonna go with aftermarket parts... called my OWNinsurance, apparently my agent didn't know jackshit, claimers from my side said "after market parts" are common practice and it's in my policy that says they use aftermarket parts too but again I'm not at fault...

What the fuck am I suppose to do in this situation
