Im not downplaying just asking questions about perspective and the current over reaction by our government, USA.

Two sisters, one brother in law, all ER nurses for big hospitals in SoCal and Utah. As of yesterday they had a combined total of 9 Covid19 patients with one fatality. I’d also question bodies being stored by the truck loads.

Being spanish I find your ignorance offensive, most of my family lives in Madrid, I have an aunt who´s got the virus and extremely ill, what you and other amoeba brains don´t seem to grasp is there aren´t enough intensive care, or hospital beds to treat all infected patients, people there are getting admitted for treatment on the basis of their chances of survival, yes, doctors are having to decide who lives and who dies, morgues are overwhelmed and bodies having to be stored in an ice rink, with a second facility being prepared because the ice rink is not enough, I hope you don´t get hit as hard in the US although it seems New York is starting to suffer, but according to you and the other sages, more than likely they´re all actors payed by the government so they can Adolf their way to more power.

Completely different things. We all know the virus is not extremely deadly but we don't know just what impact it could end up having. It's still the early stages. Guys who think it might be a scam even state time will tell as we simply don't know. Italy is really bad and Spain is just the same. Many other countries are following the same pattern. Now in the US the amount of infected is climbing fast. Most of them will be fine but it's impossible to state how many will end up dead. We can make educated guesses but it's hard to truly see just how bad this will get. It may not be that bad in the end and they manage to somewhat control things.

Anyway back to my original point those guys in India (etc) whilst I completely disagree with their methods they genuinely think they are helping save some lives. Now many are probably power tripping as well but on the whole they think there could be many deaths so they think by getting people off the streets and wearing masks they are helping lower the potential deaths. Even if their methods are wrong it's still 100% different from Adolf Hitler. Hilter despised jews and he murdered millions over years simply because he wanted to eradicate the entire race so how the two can be compared is beyond me.

This is highly contagious so that's why governments are doing what they are. They are putting possible lives ahead of the economy for now. My main point though is I assume you just haven't seen the NYC or Italian videos. You have heard x hospital is fine so you think it's exaggerated so I get that. Now if you have seen the video and still think that you are like some of the conspiracy theorists all over social media. We know the government lies but there are literally people who watch these videos and think the doctors/nurses are actors and the giant refrigerated truck outside NYC is empty and just part of the plot by the government to make people panic. There are some crazy people out there and I am sure many are on this forum as well. Again this may not turn out that bad but it's definitely not looking good and the likes of NYC are clearly struggling. The numbers are constantly rising so other hospitals will likely face the same fate.

I’m sure the #s are going to go up everywhere as the testing gets better and more people are checked. I’d like to know who’s had it and recovered with little or no symptoms. Hard to track something when you have people that don’t even know they’re sick.

The way it's looking now, the death rate is somewhere around 1% . As far as bringing in trucks for the dead in the US, that was just the one hospital. In Spain there are so many dead that they really are using ice rinks to keep the corpses cold.

My uncle is a county coroner and told me that they keep all bodies now for 4 days in a refrigerated room. I'm not positive, but I think he meant all bodies just to be safe. The virus lives for up to 3 days. Bodies will pile up fast at the morgue if you cant remove them promptly. That keeps funeral home workers safer.

Do I believe it’s a hoax with actors? Definately not.
Do I believe there’s some exaggerated numbers? Yes.
Do I believe some people will use any crisis emergency for political/ personal gain? Yes.
I hope it’s in the “not that bad” side of the ledger when all’s said in done but that’s going to be a personal opinion for everyone because if you have a loved one taken, it’s fucken bad.

Sweden are one of the exceptions and it's pretty much business as usual. They had a limit of 500 people at one time at a gathering which is obviously massive compared to every other nation. Although I think they may change their system soon and follow other nations but it's definitely interesting to see how they get on with their approach. I must add though I think Sweden was an amazing country but they are one of the softest nations in Europe and it has had a massive negative impact on their country. That's another thread in itself.

There’s approx 1700 cases in Colorado and 30 deaths allegedly as there’s a big battle going on with how the #s are calculated. Reports of lots of false positive tests and deaths and cases being added to the tally without confirmation via bloodwork. I live in the sticks of Northern CO but a large county. We have minimal cases.
