I put it on my chicken when I bake it , sprinkle on the bottom of pan , put chicken in and sprinkle on top.
I've used it on my green alot lately too cause I haven't been using any dressing or olive oil

I got it at Rouse's , that's a local grocery store chain here in Louisiana , I know Win-Dixie is good about ordering things that customers want , that may be an option. It's about $4 a bottle but that goes a pretty long way so it's well worth it in my opinion.
