I think Oscar is a freak! This guy has some great potential. Unfortunately he is very flat in these pics. People totally underestimate the importance of water and hydration when is comes to muscle fullness.

Phil, you're dead on. My early weigh-in really showed my lack of experience. I was 1.75lbs over for light heavy. I was just starting to get very vascular. And ready for food.

But I felt the pressure. And felt like I had seconds to make up my mind to come back in the morning and make 198lbs or just start eating.

I tried texting John, but he was a little busy himself. And I was too impatient. So I opted to make light heavy. I took a diuretic, I stayed up and walked 10 flights of stairs 10 times to make weight. I ended up pretty flat. By the time I finished peeing I was down to 196.5lbs. I should have been competing around 205.

Live and learn.

I could taste that trophy in the heavy weight class. I put myself 2 or 3rd in he heavy weight class even though I was a bit light.

I HAD A BLAST!!!!!!!!! I HAVE TO DO THIS AGAIN ABSOLUTELY FOR SURE!!!!

I made so many mistakes. And most of them will not be happen again. I didn't even pump up before going on. How's that for stupidity. They were just starting to spray my glaze on when my number got called. So I went up dry.

I haven't seen all the picture yet but I did see these on Flexonline....
