how's this for a month or so to kick back in...
hack squats
leg presses
hamstring curls
extensions
thought i could maybe handle that since it has been a while and while i don't have my full range of motion all the time it is definately coming back and i am feeling great.
i do calves and abs 3x a week anyhow so calves are a strong point to begin with gentically... so i am trying high reps with light weight 3x a week like 395 on leg press for 3 sets of 25 reps or so and trying to stretch the shit oout of my fascia to allow for growth beyond my genetic potential.
