ok im getting ready to get on a long cycle for the very first time, i begin feb. 1, i made up my mind, im going to do this so i dont plan on coming off until i enter a show. i dont have a set date yet, but im planning my bulk cycle which is like 20 weeks:

100mg test prop ed
75mg tren ed
500mg eq per week
.5mg liquid arimidex ed
25mcg cytomel ed

at the 10 week mark, i plan to add t3,clen,dbol when i start cutting because dbol suppresses my appetite, and keeps muscle so why not. so this means like 20 weeks non-stop. i dont know when to drop fina since i will always want to be using it. the dbol i dont know if i should bulk with it because i cant eat on it, but it packs on the muscle and strength. it also makes my bp go higher too and i dont like that.

the cycle plan above is to do a lean muscle mass cycle eating 10 meals per day of (1/2 cup oats and a portion of either very lean ground beef or eye of round steak or chicken breasts) thats about 270g carbs and 300g protein max, with about 50g fat from flaxseed oil with no carbs in that meal. i plan to do cardio 2 times per week at 30 min brisk walk on emtpy upon waking.

im 13-14% BF right now so i dropped some with dnp but i dont want to use it anymore, i want to get on the cycle already.

i already have my liquid arimidex 50ml of 1mg/ml and im getting the rest of the stuff soon, im planning to diet down right after the bulk just stay on the gear and slowly bring cals down. i also plan to be on 8 months out of the year. im now going to be using UG lab-made gear so i can now afford it with my car and food, and this is it.

please critique my plans. thanks guys, and sorry for the long post.

Sounds like you have it together. Good luck with the show as well. I just dont like the ED thing you are gona feel like a pin cushion. Scar tissue sucks. MM

|--[\\\]>------- IMO, i think you got it backwards...i usually (currently doing) do LONG cycles at MODERATE doses and for short cycles, i go HEAVY. You are going to do 20 weeks staright of Tren? i have never done tren for more than 8 weeks straght! 700mgs of prop a week for 20 weeks straight as well? As for the dbol, i heard taking it pre-contest is a great drug to use...for some reason on a really clean diet and taking armidex with it really hardens you up?

hey bro, thats why im not sure on what to do for the cycle length. ive never really tried the tren, i barely even cycled in the past, so this time i want to take advantage of what i can and bulk clean, but then im fat now like 14-15% i think right now, so even if i lean up on the lean mass cycle, i still need to diet down extreme and dont want to come off after the bulk, and that brings me back to the prop/tren cycle so i dont know where the break should be? i want to transform my body, i cant stand training naturally i get nowhere.

also, the t3 i would not run 20 weeks, it would be weeks 1-5, and then again 10-16 running it higher.

|--[\\\]>------- Ok, you can still diet AND transform your body to where you want it to be, actually dieting WHILE taking AAS is your best bet b/c it'll help lean you up and keep/gain a little of the muscle you have now...so you being fat, should not discourage you, eat clean and do the AAS that you have listed and you can change into a totally dif. person...13-14% bf is not that much, you make it sound like you are obesse(sp) as for the T3, i find it works better if you cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off with ECA stack in b/t

hey bro whats up, ive done a cutting cycle before and im dying to do one right now but i need to add mass and i think with that bulk cycle, i should add lean mass, probably drop some % BF in the process. i liked the cutter, wish i would have done a full cycle before but it used to be a money problem with gear and i ran out, i was stupid. im still gonna do one 10 times better than the one ive done last year because i plan to do it right after the bulk. while i did that with some arimidex and some fina, i looked good but was leaning out slower than i thought, still a good pace, its because i skipped the cardio, next time around i will be doing it. but before i lean up, im so small now, i need to add a ton of mass. i make it sound like im obese because im fat, and was since a kid, and when i cheat or something once in a while, i eat like a pig, i dont look fat at all but then i dont look like i train, everyone tells me i shouldnt diet, but of course i need to, i got a gut, im 14% bf im sure its like 15 though. thats fatass in my opinion. i got low self esteem because of my body.

BTW, as for the t3, are you sure you arent confusing it with clen by accident? i think that would be bad to fluctuate the thyroid levels like that. :confused:
