ok im getting ready to get on a long cycle for the very first time, i begin feb. 1, i made up my mind, im going to do this so i dont plan on coming off until i enter a show. i dont have a set date yet, but im planning my bulk cycle which is like 20 weeks:
100mg test prop ed
75mg tren ed
500mg eq per week
.5mg liquid arimidex ed
25mcg cytomel ed
at the 10 week mark, i plan to add t3,clen,dbol when i start cutting because dbol suppresses my appetite, and keeps muscle so why not. so this means like 20 weeks non-stop. i dont know when to drop fina since i will always want to be using it. the dbol i dont know if i should bulk with it because i cant eat on it, but it packs on the muscle and strength. it also makes my bp go higher too and i dont like that.
the cycle plan above is to do a lean muscle mass cycle eating 10 meals per day of (1/2 cup oats and a portion of either very lean ground beef or eye of round steak or chicken breasts) thats about 270g carbs and 300g protein max, with about 50g fat from flaxseed oil with no carbs in that meal. i plan to do cardio 2 times per week at 30 min brisk walk on emtpy upon waking.
im 13-14% BF right now so i dropped some with dnp but i dont want to use it anymore, i want to get on the cycle already.
i already have my liquid arimidex 50ml of 1mg/ml and im getting the rest of the stuff soon, im planning to diet down right after the bulk just stay on the gear and slowly bring cals down. i also plan to be on 8 months out of the year. im now going to be using UG lab-made gear so i can now afford it with my car and food, and this is it.
