OK last pics for a while!

I'll be 8 weeks out tomorrow, pics were taken last night before bed. Weight is floating between 162-164. Again not the best lighting conditions but you get the idea. I'm 8 weeks out so obviously holding alot of water.

Phil knows his shit! When we first started working together I questioned some aspects of the diet and was weary about the training program, but it all works! I've gone from 186 to 162-164 (my weight goes up and down right now) in 10 weeks and my strength has barely gone down! I'm convinced in Phil's way of approaching bodybuilding and take his word as gold, and its been working great for me. Just can't wait to see what we can transform me into come this offseason , when I can EAT! HAHA
