We are having some damn good training sessions here. Very motivating stuff. it is fun and painful all in one.

MAIN, yes Phidias will be chasing his pro card here in Austrlia, LOLOL J/K!
He is getting leaner fast. We are both dieting our asses off to get ready for Christmas.....................then we will go on a bulking phase for a while!
