Todays Diet:

07:00am: 1 pack plain oatmeal, 4-5 egg whites, SF syrup
10:30am: 1 apple in class before work out
10:45am: Upper Body and Abs WORKOUT - 11:40am
12:30pm: Chicken, Spanish Rice & Veggies
02:30pm: 1/2 LowCarb Myoplex Protein Shake
04:30pm: Chicken, Spanish Rice & Green Beans
05:00pm - 9pm WORK ... get albacore tuna sashimi if hungry
10:00pm: 1/2 LowCarb Myoplex Protein Shake

1 gallon of water hopefully

so what do u think???

This week's workout plan:

Monday: Upper Body
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: 1 hour Body (upper, lower, and abs) class
Thursday: Lower Body (30min) Cardio (30 min)
Friday: Rest
Sat: Cardio (long jog/ walk) .. and EZ on the diet day
Sun: Rest
 
IMO there is too much time without protein between your first meal and your next meal with protein. That is 5.5 hours no protein.

Then if you are not hungry at night you will be going another 5.5 hours no protein.

Also between 10:30PM and 12:30PM you are only getting approx 20-25 grams of protein. that is 10 hours and VERY little protein.


How many calories does this add up to for the day?
