Im placing my order for the b5 as we speak (or type). I did my reading on all the links n stuff, seems like too many possible sides and honestly scared me haha. Also stated complications with contacts which i wear and night blindness, which would both effect my job a lot. Il just take the B5 with my multivitamin every morning like a regular every day thing.

Didn't mean to scare you, just get you some info. I'm glad to hear that you're at least going to give the B5 a try. The accutane option will always be there if the B5 doesn't do the job for you (unless it gets recalled, but I wouldn't expect that).

Remember that the B5 powder will really taste nasty as hell. My trick is to sip a little water and then hold it in my mouth, pour in the B5 so it floats on top of the water in my mouth, and then chase it all down as fast as possible with some more water. After a few tries you won't even taste the B5 at all.

Its ok, i just figured the B5 will be like every other every day ritual we have as bodybuilders, and we have tons lol. Protein shakes, vitamins, creatine, eating by the clock, etc... I aint scared of the tast, as a bodybuilder im trained to drink nast shit and il drink anything if its good for u and will add a few lbs muscle haha. Nothin can be worse than the tunapple shake lol
