What ever happened to Craig Titus lookin like this? He looked so much better and woulda done better as a pro if he kept this look and refined it. Our own Phil Hernon beat Titus in THIS shape haha.

i think he put on too much weight too fast, like you said he should have refined what he had and just kept growing steady.

about phil though, i think if he was still competing he'd be top 10 and vieing for top 5. i've never seen his back but everything is awesome.

that is the best i've ever seen him.... only thing that looks better now are his biceps and arms a whole... but total package is no comparision... looked much better then

The new Flex has 'new' Kris Dim pics-he also put on alot of weight and doesnt have the same perfect look he had as an ameture IMO.

that picture looks funny.. something is distorted.. the problem with craig in that time was he looked good in his class at the time.. but, take that physique and put it in a pro line up he would disappear.. phil , if he still competed, would have had a easier time making the transition.. he had the size to move right into the ranks.. craig had to cram to add the size to be competitive at that time.. he tried to come down to that look in the last show and got 6 th place in a lower level show.. he needs to find a happy medium to work with.. but, i belive that with the bew line ups, he may have missed his chance.. but, he is making decent money doing what he lives.. so ..screw it lol..

I remember seeing him before he was pro. His shape was way better to me, his joints looked smaller and his waist looked smaller. Great package back then.

To the best of my knowledge, that's real. It's a screenshot from his '96 Video. That was before he was a pro, I believe, but don't quote me on it.

I spoke to Craig in Melbourne in March this year over breakfast and he said that exact same thing, he's now having to play catch up with guy's like Dexter Jackson who where only just starting out when he got busted. I say good on him for getting back in the game and trying so hard.
