Hey gang,
I was using test suspension mixed with test E (2.5cc shots).
I experienced some build up and I had lumps in each lateral delt that did not break down. I was misguided thinking they were breaking down quick.
I was able to remove water and particulate 6-8 weeks later on my own no problem. I thought both delts were clear but one did not flatten out after about a month so I tried to remove more fluid unsuccessfully. Repeated Attempts to remove said fluid made the lump worse. Eventually I did pull 3cc of clumpy blood from my shoulder but the trauma from using an 18 likely made the lump appear worse but it was going down progressively.
The effected area was a low spot on my right delt. I had been pinning very high above it with no issue. I went more to the side and less above it this week...it BLEW up, got really firm, and got very tender where the lump had been, not spot where the shot was...the lump gets very red and swollen after massage and foam rolling. It looked to be inflamed/infected yesterday but the redness is gone...
Obviously I’m done sticking needles in there to fix it. Tons of rolling and heat are my go to options right now.
does anyone have any idea what may have caused this lump to linger for months and is this thing likely going to ressolve itself in time?
