Any difference in the physique?Interesting observation- finding it hard to stay fully asleep through the night since adding Clen and Tren Ace. Weirdly not tired in the am- it’s almost like feeling excited and happy throughout the day, and looking forward to the next day makes it hard to relax and fall asleep. I assume it’s a lot of CNS stimulation from the gear and poly pharmacy. My sleep hygiene is 100% on point, but this is new and different.

Something that I do after a heavy cheat meal the next day I'll do super low calories ,zero to hardly any carbs. My cheat meal are on Friday by sunday Im close to my previous weight before cheat meal by Monday typically I have lost a pound before my weight before the cheat meal.Holy cheat meal Batman!! I finally pulled the trigger on a cheat meal Saturday and absolutely over did it- probably ate like 4000 calories total that day (of which 2500 were dinner)… fuck in 2 days weight up by almost 5 pounds! I know it’s water, sodium and, but what a mindfuck
Didn’t do it on purpose, but I did do my shot that day- but I’ll remember from now on!Another thing that I forgot to mention do your shots of glp-1 on the day of cheatmeal it helps with water weight and sodium in my case.

2tbsp = 50 calFuck, scales been stuck for 10 days, and I even saw a gain back to 192! Fuck!!!
Reevaluated all my food and goddamnit made the classic mistake with salad dressing. Thought it was 5 kcal/ 2 tbsp- turned out to be 50!
5 salads a week, easy extra 1000-1500 calories right the fuck there. Fuck fuck fuck!!!
Anyway, corrected and simplifying my meal choices to avoid unpredictable errors or fluctuations. Damnit. 6.5 weeks out and now I gotta drop at least 10 pounds. FML…
So 10 tbsp or so salad dressing 5 x a week 5x 45 cal x 5= 1125 kcal extra a week2tbsp = 50 cal
5 salad x 50 cal = 250
Where the 1500 come from ?
