man huge respect for turning your life around like that—going from a self-described dumpster fire to 10.5% body fat at 53 is absolutely incredible. you’re already in better shape than 99% of the population. since you only have one kidney though you are definitely right to be cautious. honestly with a 60 gfr i would stay far away from orals like anavar because they can be tough on the kidneys and mess with your lipids.

primo is usually the gold standard for being "gentle" but if i were in your shoes i’d just stick to the trt and gh for a good while longer. at 53 and just starting trt you’re probably going to see a massive second wind in the gym without needing to add more compounds yet. the gh is also going to help a ton with the prediabetes and recovery. just keep hammering that zone 2 and keep the blood pressure locked in because that’s the real kidney killer. you’ve got plenty of time to hit that 2025 goal so no need to rush into a heavy cycle. keep up the elite work brother!

Whoa…the legs give it away. Look at the difference! Also side delts are looking very much improved. Very inspiring honestly.
 
NPP has entered the chat. So current AAS: Test C 500, Primo 210, NPP 210. GH 5IU ED. Dropped Reta dosage down to 4.5 mg/wk divided into 3 shots weekly.

been very bad on the diet this week, plus new job extra stress- will ask coach if I need to drop carbs first a week or two to tighten up. Weight this am 206.5, but I’m holding water from a high day plus 💩💩 (another reason I lowered the Reta dose- gastric emptying got to slow).

Today’s gym pics. I took 50 mg Anadrol to get past an annoying plateau, got it and then some. This is literally the third time I’ve tried it. I see why people like it, the aggression and strength boost is insane… but damn that acid reflux is awful. Don’t know if I could ever use this consistently for days on end.

I wil say the slightly fuller look is super nice. I wonder if it would work for me for a show. I’ve heard it can either help or totally destroy a package, depending on the person’s individual response.

Weekly check in- pics after a nice refeed high carb day, glycogen full… 205.7# highest this offseason so far I think. Nervous about the visuals but trusting and following coach advice 1000%. 👍

Some everyday casual pics from yesterday. I’m really enjoying the rebound, and the look is pretty good overall. I’m happy with progress so far.

Food just got upped a bit from last check in- let’s see what happens, otherwise no changes, coach wants to ride out this rebound/ growth phase as long as we can and as long as health markers stay in the green.

Looking forward to it and seeing what’s next. Show date is October 25, so plenty of runway still to grow, do a health phase etc as needed.
