AHHHHHHHH, The good old days back in Detroit!!!!!!! I will never forget that damn porn star stasch and the Mullets we sported back in the day! Gibby, I have known you since we were 12 years old bro, WOW, That's like 23 years! You always had the work ethic and discipline second to none, it was just a matter of time and learning as we go for us both! I remember working out on your dad's Bowflex in 6th grade and your sister driving you, Johnnycat (R.I.P.), and me to the old American Bodybuilding basement dungeon! I think we both made the most progress when I looked you up after moving back to O-ville from Colorado after college. Man we tore that Powerhouse Gym up as training partners every fucking morning!!!! Total Old School training! We called you my Science project! Remember that song....So, you want to be a bodybuilding superstar!! HAHAHA! YEP!!! American Fitness and Bob.. The best was Welch comming in every few wks and some how getting bigger but only did chest and arms!!!! but looked like he got stung by a bee face all water-logged !!! LOL I'll try to get a double bi pic up in a few so we can see a side-by side!!!! atleast i know my legs got bigger!!! Thanks to the Super-sets which was squats to leg ext. to leg curls and finished off with leg press!!!! remind me to never do that crap again I can still taste the puke in my mouth !!! Time to bust out the pics so if someone can do a side by side that would be great
