I don't think that's true. I think Jay competed all those years against Ronnie because he wanted to be Mr. Olympia. He came in last place one year, then I think 2 years later that's when he came in second and the battles started.

The last Olympia he did, he did say he didn't want to do it. He said the only way he'll do it is for a million dollars. And he got a million dollars. It was in a interview he did one time.

I don't think he half asses though. Even in the last one if he did. He still went old school and went to Aceto. Remember the photos at the press conference, he was extremely sucked down. He def tries money or not
