Actually I think it may have to do with some tfl/it band tendonitis or something. JT, edge and someone else were talking about having to do that a while back.

prolly the same injury i have. ip band tear, compression pretty much solves the problem, atleast for me. ace bandage works just fine

the crazy thing about that squat footage is that he was outta his prime there. i would imagine he was capable of even more at his best.


i remember being 14years old. my 1st trip to the arnold back prolly about 198-90. tom platz came walking in with gary strydom and i asked them for a picture i was so nervous i forgot how to use my camera, tom stopped helped me, took pictures of us all, shook my hand and asked me how my training was going? its amazing the impact that had on me at that age. i can remember going back home and training so hard the next few months just based on the motivation from that one interaction that lasted just a few minutes.
