I have like a hundred syringes from 4 years ago sealed. Are they still sterile

Right on brothers. Thanks for the replies. Btw can 25g be used for TRT. I usually use 23g but I got a bunch of 25g laying around.

I find anything over 23g makes pushing the oil through very difficult and time consuming.

+1 on that. Pushing oils through 25g is slow and can cause some trauma at injection site. 25g okay for water based suspensions. 23g for oils.

I do 23 for glutes and 25 for shoulders and quads...25 does take forever to run 3mL through and have to be careful not to move it around...but painless and seems like less scar tissue would result.
