Older Competitors Kicking ass at the Shows!

This is Jan Norlund....ive worked with him 3 times in the past 2 years...

Results have been 2 overalls and 1 second in mens open class at some big shows here in Souther California... Recently Came down from Sweden to compete and

the results couldnt have been better .... oh yeah.. hes 45 years old...

The big "swede" looks awesome, but holy mother of god transformations on the woman! She looks 20 yrs younger!! Wow!!

Always like seeing masters ayhletes taking shows. Both of these people look tremendous. Congrats to them both.

She has come a tremendous way and the thing is that now shes winning
her class and taking some overalls now... shes a hell of a competitor..

Also.. the Swede has it tough when he comes here to compete.... hes 45 years old and traveling across the world to compete( not easy to do) staying in hotels and being out of your comfort zone throws you off .. but things worked out really good despite obstacles
