older guy gh before bed starving

how do people go without food for so long if you are pinning gh before bed,i have read a lot about pinning 2or 3hours after your last meal of the day,thats a long time till morning without food,any thoughts on this please.

Have a meal before bed. I pin my hgh, wait a half hour, then eat turkey and rice. If you are worried about carbs, then just have some whey protein. It will knock you out. I could never go to bed starving.

I use my LBA's at night, chug some as I goto bed and when I get up to pee.
