OK guys, just got off the phone with Oldfella. The call to Oz was well worth it. He was extremely helpful and an all around nice guy. We spoke about his competition days, diet and nutrition and he was more then willing to listen and give me great advice. All you newbies need to listen to the oldfella he knows his stuff.
