LMAO Coming from you Phil, this means a helluvalot to me Thank you. I must say I have put in some hard workouts for this back. Rome was not built in a day..............I figure since I rarely get to see it like this I better work it extra hard. None of this outa sight outamind stuff.

Thanks for the good vibes here everyone. I am the only BBer in the town I live in so it is hard not having any real bros and sis's in iron around. I miss all of that stuff. Gettin together with the big boys after training for a coffee somewhere and just talking shit! I'm working hard to try and come in for the Nationals later this year, we'll see how it goes. If I miss the mark there is always next year and the improvements will be worth it! But I'm giving it a shot for now. A few little niggling injuries from the heavy training but hey.......it comes with the territory! I love this board and can't say enough good things about the people here, It is all of you I salute.
