It’s those damn pointy elbows. I can’t figure out, but it ain’t natural.I read he used a lot of esclene and then synthol. Like injected into every muscle by some dr. I dunno if that was true but......
That can be due to bone growth, i cant remember where i read it, but several bodybuilders and powerlifters get bone growth on the elbow due to wear and tear. It’s those damn pointy elbows. I can’t figure out, but it ain’t natural.
Chris Dickerson had it also. Trying to puzzle this one out. I’m sure somebody here with the bigger brain than mine knows the answer. That can be due to bone growth, i cant remember where i read it, but several bodybuilders and powerlifters get bone growth on the elbow due to wear and tear.
100% man..Chris Dickerson had it also. Trying to puzzle this one out. I’m sure somebody here with the bigger brain than mine knows the answer.
It’s connective tissue & tendon hypertrophy. HGH and IGF overuse accelerate it as a pretty rapid rate.Chris Dickerson had it also. Trying to puzzle this one out. I’m sure somebody here with the bigger brain than mine knows the answer.
Yep. My left elbow is kinda of pointy now as I had elbow inflammation for over one year after a triceps injury. I went back to soon and didn’t let it heal properly. Albeit it’s no where close to Dickerson or Flex’s elbowsIt’s connective tissue & tendon hypertrophy. HGH and IGF overuse accelerate it as a pretty rapid rate.
Add that to heavy training along with chronic low grade inflammation which most bodybuilders have and you get remodeling.
Ronnie's shoulders looked natural and not over inflated, if he used he didn't put it in he's shouldersI was on Instagram this morning and saw some late in career Flex Wheeler pictures in some room. His calves from behind looked so odd. You could tell he had high gastrocs like some black people have yet the widest section of his calf was much lower which gave this odd appearance and to me looked unnatural. And we all know what happened to him and one of his legs.
When Dereck won the MrO I could not believe he could win with the front lat bumps. He is pushing the limit with some sort of site enhancement that is becoming less and less pleasing to the eye. It reminds be of Dorian or Phil when they started pushing back on the large guts once everyone started sporting one and the head guy led the pack. I believe they will start pushing back on these types of physiques with blurry inflated muscles.
I always wondered if Ronnie ever used site enhancement. He had crisp lines and striations all over. Could he have used and no one every batted an eye because it was done well?

The bone does grow, but it grows thicker, not longer, and only at high-stress areas around the elbow.Bone growth?
This video shows the back of Flex Wheeler's calves looking the way I described above. Very large circumference below the typical muscle belly with the gastric riding very high. Either he has enormous growth to the soleus with irregular shape or he had an implant.About the only body part Ronnie could have used some help with would be calves, but it doesn't look he ever did anything about it (they were always a weaker body part, never had any evidence of shenanigans).
Dexter Jackson had some pretty crazy calf fluctuations over the years
Yes, but even group two will justify it or think they’re “healthy”. It’s all relative to the individual. When I see stuff like this, when does bodybuilding (building muscle) turn into just body modification?
Are there 2 types of bodybuilders...those who have this hobby and also value health and being fit? And those who don't care about health/ fitness and actively destroy their body/health to achieve a look.
Yes, but even group two will justify it or think they’re “healthy”. It’s all relative to the individual.
For most guys they think “I’m in tune with my body” and they never run bloodwork or do testing during cycle. Your health is defined by what you do the majority of the year, not the minority.
OR… they just make it a “future self” problem. And again, no judgment as this is bodybuilding. We all have our lines.
Using drugs to cover up side effects of other drugs rarely yields a healthier outcome that fixing the root cause. Option 2 would be much “healthier”.I agree. The one point I do disagree, I feel like most guys now days do get bloodwork and work to get things in range. But my question...say joe blow is running 2g test, 8iu gh, is 250lbs and gets his bloodwork back and its bad and bp is high.
Option 1: he drops to 1g 4iu gh, and takes a bunch of "healrh supplements/drugs" now everything is in range.
Option 2: He cuts back to 300mg test, 2iu gh, adds cardio, trims down to 210lba. Adds 0 healrh supplements or drugs, now everything is in range
Both approaches got his labs in range, but are both approaches equal in terms of making him healthier? No way to tell i assume but would be interested in thoughts. I purposely used both ends of the spectrum for discussion, realizing some may do both change lifestyle factors and add healrh supps each to a certain degree.
Ronnie has the same elbow now. Maybe it's just more noticeable with less muscle now.The bone does grow, but it grows thicker, not longer, and only at high-stress areas around the elbow.
The bone essentially adds new layers on the outside which make it look wider and knobbier.
Now Flex’s could be from something totally different, but that’s the case for most guys. But flex did a lot of things most guys (like Ronnie) didn’t have to do as he had a much smaller genetic frame/structure.
