there is a certain amount of genetics involved guys.... im sure he dieted his ass off but that wasnt the end all

World Competitors come close to this.... lots of fat burners and lots of time dieting and lots of suffering

but no amount of that can account for genetic skin thickness, elasticity and bodies ability to dispose of fat.... at some point it halts and shit gets dangerous... which im not denying that guy approached

Like a lot of the pro-level physiques posted on this board often, this guy's physique is extremely impressive and I admire him for his dedication, but I certainly wouldn't want to look like that. I would settle for a few bf% points higher
