I can’t answer that.

Lifesource extra large cuff is what I use.

I think most wrist monitors are going to be less accurate. Ive got an Omron BP cuff for the arm and it seems pretty accurate.

The most accurate would be to do it manually with a stethoscope. You need to buy a nice stethoscope though and those cost about the same as a decent BP monitor like Omron. I used to do mine manually but lately I couldn't hear my pulse because I think my BP was so low that it didn't make as much noise. Many days it was down around 100/60 or so. A good stethoscope could pick that up though. I had a crappy one I bought for like $15. I gave up and bought an automated one.

So if you don't mind learning how to read it and spend some cash on a stethoscope then the manual way is the best IMO. Most accurate at least.

Wrist measurements are not accurate.

Best thing to do is invest in an appropriately sized cuff; take the measurement 3 different times with 5 minutes in between each measurement, and the average is the most accurate number you can come up with without a highly invasive arterial line.

Omron is good but you do not want the wrist monitor go with the arm just make sure you get the one that fits your arm.

Saying they are trash or inaccurate is not true

This ^.

And you really get in a precision vs accuracy debate, like you do with bodyfat measurements.

I take mine via wrist cuff (cause it's easy and I have one) at the same time, under the same conditions, daily. Precise. I then compare that with doc/nurse measurements when I go there. Accurate.

Guess what? My wrist cuff is pretty much right on.

This I confirmed with my pharmacist who told me the newer wrist omrons are pretty accurate - much more so than 10-15 years ago. His words.
