My cycle is tri-test 400mg/ml, tren E 200mg/ml - 1 ml of each per week, split into 2 jabs - one on Monday and on on Thursday and 1 avanar 50mg a day.
I also am taking a tablet of Teva BV after I inject to help side effects. With this cycle I'm not experiencing much side effects apart from a little night sweat and marginally increased libido. My face looks rounder also.
Blood work was taken 3 weeks ago and last week. Test was raised (48ngmol) but this seems slightly meaning my normal test must be low. Cortisol was low so the GP is putting me on some steroid (I can list the names if useful) until I see an endocrinologist later. All my other bloodwork came up normal (salt, sugar, kidneys, liver etc).
Diet wise I am eating the following:
Morning - 4 whole eggs, 200ml egg white, 1 scoop carnvior shred (beef protein is better for my stomach vs whey/casein)
Snack - 1 avocado, 200ml almond milk
Lunch - 2 slices brown bread, or 2 brown baps, or 1 naan with a scraping of olive oil based butter.
Snack - 500ml pineapple juice
Dinner - 150g pasta, 200g chopped tomatoes, 100g low fat cheese
Before sleep - 200ml whole milk, 1 scoop carnivor, collagen
And the standard multivitamins, fish oil etc. My stomach is flatter than it is on whey/casein hence sticking to this protein instead.
**I cannot digest meat or chicken or fish normally hence taking these supps**
Training wise, it's 3 day a week, push/pull/legs routine.
I am 183cm, 29 yo, and 87kg ish. Normal healthy otherwise.
Happy to PM pics also, before/during cycle if this helps. I still don't look like my goals though... although I am looking better. I just wanted to understand if
(1) My diet is okay? Am I eating something that should be changed e.g. pasta --> rice?
(2) The roids I'm taking are sufficient for my goals or should I swap compounds?
(3) I should be training differently?
