On Cycle, Need Advice

My cycle is tri-test 400mg/ml, tren E 200mg/ml - 1 ml of each per week, split into 2 jabs - one on Monday and on on Thursday and 1 avanar 50mg a day.
I also am taking a tablet of Teva BV after I inject to help side effects. With this cycle I'm not experiencing much side effects apart from a little night sweat and marginally increased libido. My face looks rounder also.

Blood work was taken 3 weeks ago and last week. Test was raised (48ngmol) but this seems slightly meaning my normal test must be low. Cortisol was low so the GP is putting me on some steroid (I can list the names if useful) until I see an endocrinologist later. All my other bloodwork came up normal (salt, sugar, kidneys, liver etc).

Diet wise I am eating the following:
Morning - 4 whole eggs, 200ml egg white, 1 scoop carnvior shred (beef protein is better for my stomach vs whey/casein)
Snack - 1 avocado, 200ml almond milk
Lunch - 2 slices brown bread, or 2 brown baps, or 1 naan with a scraping of olive oil based butter.
Snack - 500ml pineapple juice
Dinner - 150g pasta, 200g chopped tomatoes, 100g low fat cheese
Before sleep - 200ml whole milk, 1 scoop carnivor, collagen
And the standard multivitamins, fish oil etc. My stomach is flatter than it is on whey/casein hence sticking to this protein instead.
**I cannot digest meat or chicken or fish normally hence taking these supps**

Training wise, it's 3 day a week, push/pull/legs routine.

I am 183cm, 29 yo, and 87kg ish. Normal healthy otherwise.

Happy to PM pics also, before/during cycle if this helps. I still don't look like my goals though... although I am looking better. I just wanted to understand if
(1) My diet is okay? Am I eating something that should be changed e.g. pasta --> rice?
(2) The roids I'm taking are sufficient for my goals or should I swap compounds?
(3) I should be training differently?

You think tren and test runs are gonna get you to your goal quickly? I wanna look like Ronnie Coleman and I'm in test mast and primo. I am sure I will be him after this cycle ::facepalm::

That is not a get lean, gain quality muscle Diet.

You could if you want, but posting them here helps you a lot more and getting a lot of responses. We also saw about any kind of physique on this board too, from very fat to very skinny, so I doubt anyone puts you down. At least I won't let them.

Tell me, do you have a medical condition that doesn't allow you to eat meat? How you ever been diagnose with anything?
 
I get severe stomach cramps/pains when I try eating it.

I think you need to get a medical opinion and stop self diagnosing yourself. As far as the picture, I will be brutally honest. When I see a guy taking 1 gram worth of gear every week, I expect to see some great looking Physique. Too me, you don't even look like you even touch weights much. You just look like the average guy off the streets. Your waist is also not flat like you think, it is pudgy. Guys think they can take steroids to compensate time in the gym and good eating habits. That Diet you have is horrible and you don't look like you spent much time in the gym. Go to a Doctor and see if you have problems eating meat, instead of guessing.

Yes, I went to my Doctor, and they told me this years ago. We did tests again this year too which confirmed it again. Carnvior is something I can seem to digest hence taking it.

I am training so I am unsure why I look like a guy off the streets given I'm doing what "should" work.

I agree something is off hence I came on here for help. What do you recommend with the diet? What else is off here if anything?

My goal isn't to look like a bodybuilding champion either, hence I have posted a goal above.

I am happy to make the necessary changes, just need to know what.

I suggest you go back to those specialists that diagnosed you and see what forms of different proteins you can actually digest. You lack protein, healthy fats and that Diet. That Diet is also very unbalanced too.

First google what foods are animal fats. That is why I asked why you can't digest meats, but you can digest Animal fats. Animal fats and oils are lipid materials derived from animals. ... Dairy products also yield popular animal fat and oil products such as cheese, butter, and milk. How can I help you when I didn't diagnosed you to begin with? Only your medical professional would know what the underlying problem is.

I am seeing a food specialist next week. Just wanted to see if food was indeed the issue, and lack of intensive training, or something else was off. Seems its just diet and training really.
