ON NO! high blood pressure PRE CYCLE

Alright so a little background...
I'm in auto sales... I am one of the top guys in my company out of 15 or so dealerships.. I only say that to say I'm at work 6-7 days a week. A normal work week is 60-65 hours a week, ive had 4 days off the last 3 months. I havent had a vacation since July.

I havent been to the gym since novemeber, but plan to start going back next month. So I ordered up a cycle.. I go to the doc two weeks ago just to get bloodwork and a check up before diving in. Bloodwork is normal, blood pressures is high 148/80.

Again had blood pressure checked yesterday after resting two hours... same thing.

My question is, we all know juice temporarily raises blood pressure, what happens when you add a cycle in and already have high blood pressure ? Is this a big no - no ?
What about getting on high blood pressure meds and taking a cycle ?

A little worried here, i dont see working less as an option and now I want to start throwing the gym back in the mix soon... I want to rip up before I take the vacation i deserve. Thanks for the input fellas

What I had planned for a cycle:

Black tops 4iu ed
Anavar 50mg ed
Primo 10mg tab x 5 (50mg total) ed
Equipose 500mg /week
Test e 400mg / mg

10-15 weeks

I definitely wouldn't start a cycle with high blood pressure personally. But I'm 35 and longevity is a bigger concern than when I was younger. You only plan on running gh for 10-15 weeks? I'd personally do 6 months minimum

Thanks for the feedback ... I should have mentioned I am 26... which is also why I'm really worried I have high BP and havent taken a suppliment in over 3 months..

No GH I will run for about 6 months youre right... I want to get real lean off it

You've got a high stress job, sleep is probably not quite what it should be with your hours. IDK about your diet but if you worked on getting a little more sleep, did even minimal cardio and worked on the diet you could probably get your bp where it should be pretty quickly. I'd do that and then enjoy your gains you're gonna make.

That cycle will make your Blood pressure jump up a lot. You have a high stress job, that is probably your problem. You do need to get your BP under control. Way too high and you are still very young.
 
At the very least I'd drop the equi. That raises my bp more than any other

GET LAB WORK DONE , you could have a issue

GO DONATE BLOOD , your RBC is probably high

get back in th gym for a month , do some cardio 3x a week then check your blood pressure and see whats happening.

Absolutely do not start a cycle until you BP is back down in a normal range consistently.!!

Don't look into taking blood pressure meds unless you have an issue that you can't control

If you go out in the sun and get a headache from squinting , does it make more sense to learn to put on sunglasses and a hat before you go out next time or just take some motrin before you go out to treat the coming head ache??
Treat the reason not the symptom
 
Age shouldn't be a factor when someone sees high BP. If it's high, you should do everything imaginable to get it down, whether you're 12 years old or 70 years old.

I'd look into Telmisartan (prescription that can be found black market) and Carditone. I'd start both as soon as you could, but I would also try to figure out the underlying condition.

Like said above, get bloodwork and tell the doctor to check your CRP, homocysteine, and GGT levels in addition.
 
Just get back into the gym, lots of cardio.
Why not enjoy the muscle memory gains for a few months before hopping back on?
All the cycle would do is make things worse, and the gains are not going to be there if your body is not healthy.

And to address the issue with the high bp, your selling cars.....relax and have fun its not that serious.
 
Just to echo 1234true.. Get some quality training and cardio in for a few months and re-evaluate. That number is actually not high is pre hypertension. I bet a few months of quality training and sleep with some type of stress management like meditation or just chilling out. Also if you are not already doing this check your own bp everyday when you are relaxed. Personally my BP is about 10 to 20 points higher when I get it checked at the Dr's office. It's quite common especially if you have anxiety about it being high.

Sounds like you need a vacation before even thinking about a cycle. I respect your hard work but health is number one,before the rest. You should get a EKG done and like gunsmith said a full blood work and donate blood. Wishing your health the best man
 
Why don't you go back into the gym and do a little aerobics as well, eat well for a while then check your numbers. I will bet they will be better.
 
^^^^solid advice. Staying heart healthy is a big part of the game.
 
I would put the cycle on hold right now until you bring everything back to normal. I will advise you through PM about my own experience. If I do it publicly Ill get heat for not being related to the conventional drug industry.
 
I would definitely get that BP fixed first. Also your pulse pressure is high. Being young this could be a quick fix if you adopt the right life style. Good luck
 
Are you over weight/hold alot of fat?

Do you drink coffee all day at work?

Id work on getting my eating discipline right and get some workouts in before just jumping back on the sauce.
 
I was in the same boat few years back after my first one was born.lost almost a year It took 9 months training to regain strenght, just when i thought i was ready to hop back on the streoid train i ran bloods and my cholesterol was high blood pressure was about where yours is even my blood glucose was out of wack. So Delayed my cycle adjusted my diet continued training just about 3 months later had my blood work done again everything came back perfect ranges. 1st of the following month a got back to doing and taking what i love.if your planning on taking any advice s follow this it worked for me add 3000mg of vitaminC a day and fish oil with the highest concentration of omega3s these definitely help get my blood work/preasure good pm if you want what else i took all natural stuff at the local superstore but it worked. Even my doc was wtf.

This is how I keep my BP under control on or off cycle 10mg Cialis eod, preworkout that is a vasodilator find one with a good dose of Citrulline Malate in it.
Garlic capsules actually helps the most.
 
Lol turned down all thier bs meds they even tried to give me dieting advice. I ignored them i actullay just followed basic mountain dog template really even i was plesantly surprised at how fast evertthing got right back on track
