Ok, I was going to use the workout that Kurt Angle is using that is posted in the current Fitness RX for men magazine but I forgot it. The reason I wanted this one is it is a basic circut training program which is what I need since I have no weights and only a fairly new multi-unit machine so this routine was going to be perfect for me. Does anyone have it? If so can you post it here for me?
