The only really good reason for pinning twice weekly would be if you are rotating sites and only hitting smaller amounts in the muscle. Say you are running 500mg a week, at 250mg/ml, you are pinning 2ml of oil. Large muscles you can put 2ml in, but smaller will not be as easy. Even with the large muscles, it seems like there is no pain or knot from 1ml as opposed to 2ml.
What made me decide to pin more frequently was when a buddy showed me what happens to your muscle when you shoot oil in it. He used a steak and took some vegetable oil in a syringe (2cc not that much) and shot in to that steak. then he cut into it and showed me where the muscle split. He shot it slowly and room temp. less oil in one spot means less trauma to you muscle. If your pinning once a week, you can pin twice a week.
