Thanks Dom. She is very deidcated to her gym work and will jump in and train with me when she can. I wish more women would copy her attitude for this!

HAHAHAHAHA well Phil I'll tell you this much, it aint easy but it is rewarding. Still a long way to go but with some more time, a little patience and hard work I will get there. I have to give props to the LBA's. What an amazing product! I use these exclusively for all my protein requirements, nothing else works like them. Thanks Phil for the compliments, means a lot to me!

Thanks Sass, she trains hard, runs around all day looking after her family, is a really nice person and I do not know how she does it. Very dedicated to what she wants. Yes I give her plenty of encouragement in the gym. She desrves it.

Yes Pesty it is old school and it works. No rocket science to what I do man, just keep an eye on this old man, I will continue to make some radical changes and keep you all posted.

Thanks Brick, You know I wish more ladies would take her lead on this. I push her pretty hard in the gym, she takes it all in her stride, she keeps telling me this is a piece of cake compared to popping out six kids.........somehow I have to believe her!!! LOL

Thank you CC, I have been at tis game for many many years. It is part of my life and I love what I do. She is one busy lady indeed but it goes to show people, you can find time in your day to improve your health and fitness. She tells me it is the gym that helps her run around after all these kids all day.
