I got 8 more months before competing again. Took a quick shoot with these two guys that ask me for a picture with them...

Looking massive man. What's your plan regarding the next 8 months? Focus on size for 4, and then focus hard on conditioning for the last four?

Plans, just like you said. I am adding another 20 - 25 pounds to my frame, then the last 4 months come down to like 215-220 pounds. Coming in heavy weight this year...

My actual weight is 226 pounds, I am 5.7"

I am working with a trainer, " The gym Owner", I have a nutritionist, a doctor and a chiropractor. I am not alone here. I have a team standing by me and a great wife and 4 kids that support me all the way every day...

trying to add 20-25lbs in 4 months? I would think that would just make dieting for the show that much more difficult since majority of that weight wouldn't be muscle?

either way your looking pretty damn thick and lean right now wish you best of luck for the show? which one are you doing?

My wife and I are expecting baby number 4 any time this week...
