one Thing you need to eliminate from your diet?

You guys should try PB2 powdered peanut butter - most of the fat is removed so it's a fraction of the calories. Great for when you're craving but don't want to totally blow the diet.

I add truvia to mine and helps with taste a lot. Even better in my raw oats
 
Justins Almond butter in both vanilla and hazelnut chocolate flavors.

I was eating half of a jar every single night for like the last six months. On a few occasions i'd knock out an entire jar in one night.

I also fuck up some Vanilla Caramel Sea Salt cashews.

I never had it, but p28 makes a killer white chocolate spread

I love fresh honey roasted peanut butter. I never buy any, but if I'm at fresh market I'm always getting tons of samples lol

was on a pretty tight diet years ago and was allowed a cheat meal. ended up eating a whole jar of pb over the course of a few hours so i can relate. needless to say, i did not feel very good after that.

I use Sinister Labs Angry Mills caffeine infused Peanut Powder (recently discontinued) tastes way better than the PB Fit ....but its still no comparison to actual peanut butter..... and my issue is outside of prep...the mindset is just different...

How many you drinking a day? I mean 1-2 isn’t going to kill you. Obviously far better than the full loaded sugar versions

2 cans of the sugar free monsters. usually only 1 can but some days its 2. the caffeine does nothing in terms of stimulation just keeps the caffeine withdrawal headache away

i can't stay away from Diet Mountain Dew. At least 5 a week for me. Diet Sunkist also but there's no caffeine in it.

I'm with on this one. Drinking has snuck back up a bit on me recently and caused me to miss a few workouts. Going totally sober for 30-45 days, no drinks whatsoever.
