What’s the one thing you eat daily that you want to eliminate?
 
I put non-fat fake 'cheez' on my eggwhites while prepping

I'm convinced it's what will finally kill me
 
Milk....I drink the shit out of milk. It's just sooooo tasty.
 
Peanut Butter....cuz seriously.... who the fuck can eat just 2 tbsps???
 
Peanut Butter is a tricky one...it’s so easy to overindulge on.
 
My weakness is ranch chipotle.

However my problem right now is I'm always starving.

5am - Whey protein, apple, banana, coffee.
6am - High volume workout one body part per day 20-25 sets per muscle group once a week.
8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm - Steak, rice, beets, carrots, broccoli.

Just started shooting 200mg of testosterone everyday - 3 weeks into it - and already up 10lbs. Tomorrow I may start adding a handful of almonds in a couple times a day.

While dieting I either buy single-serving PB "pods" or...over-request spares from restaurants as we tend to go for breakfast about once a week since I can can at least order an eggwhite veggie omelettes w/dry toast

You guys should try PB2 powdered peanut butter - most of the fat is removed so it's a fraction of the calories. Great for when you're craving but don't want to totally blow the diet.

How many you drinking a day? I mean 1-2 isn’t going to kill you. Obviously far better than the full loaded sugar versions

People commonly say the 'they just can't be healthy' thing about energy drinks - why? A sugar-free energy drink is essentially a diet soda with vitamins / taurine / etc. and more caffeine.

Why would you want to eliminate this? That's a solid meal....one of Meadows go-to pre-workout meals.

I agree with nothuman above - whenever I'm too lazy to prep all my meals, Chipotle burrito is my go-to.
 
Pizza. It's so easy to order and have it delivered, I can't seem to resist :naughty:
