My probably with dieting in the past is I cooked my food with little effort, so it was hard to stay on, the food sucked. so now I just take the extra time to make my food taste good. This is how I cooked the chicken I bought last night:

Take fresh chicken breast from deli or grocery store (not frozen)

place the following in a large plastic bag, let it marinade over night:
-chicken!
-olive oil
-soy sauce
-salt
-garlic/onion powder
-chili powder optional

bbq on medium heat flipping every few minutes I like it until the edges start to blacken. You can put in any spices you like, I will mix different stuff every time.

its really basic, I will just buy a bunch of chicken and marinade a few bags at a time. This is just one extra step, but it makes it taste much better. I think you will kill your association with chicken or any food if you start settling for food thats bad prepared.

sounds awesome

if you are looking to be able to grill bbq chicken without burning it.. there is a great bbq sauce made in NY without oils that seem to catch fire..

i use this on chicken, beef, veggies .. marinate over night in a bag .. then add the olive oil once cooked if you want the fats ..

cool glad to hear it, rotate the spices you use so you dont get bored. Some nights you should slice up the chicken too and buy onion/pepper and fry it Fajita style. Wrap is optional, I just know I need to always cook my same BASE foods differently to stay on my life long diet. 90% of my diet is always clean, I cheat 10% of the time when ever I really feel like my body needs it, but cheating to me is stuff like Pasta or using a bun with kitchup on a turkey burger, eating protein bars, and the worst I will do is eat fruit style candy like sour patch kids, I do still have enough restraint though to not mix any fatty foods if I eat some thing sugary. I will only mix carbs and fat maybe 1% of my diet when I really want to let go.
