Online Pharmacy for OTC meds?

I know we never ask for sources but nothing illegal or PED related so here goes...

Ibuprofen is the only thing that helps my lady friend with her headaches, PMS, etc.

Ibuprofen is legal to import to Japan (where I live) but you can't buy it here unless it's mixed with caffeine, acetaminophen, etc.
Corporate US and EU pharmacies won't export to Japan. When I do google searches all I get are these corporate sites...

Anyone have a line on a pharm that will deliver OTC meds internationally?

Do you know why they just don’t sell plain Ol ibuprofen?

I like that Advil Dual-Action ibuprofen + acetaminophen combo out now. Advil feels like it's burning a hole in my stomach and acetaminophen is liver toxic. But they seem to work well together for headaches and joint pain.

Probably a stupid question but have you tried Amazon? That's what I use. Or eBay? ADC if nothing else...
