Another quick question
I worked up to 2 x 250 per day and no problem at all....
Dropped from 226-213 and really happy with the results.
Over the weekend i went back to 1 x 250 a day just to stop the daytime sweats....
When I weighed in Monday am I was up to 218 with no change in diet....
I thought that you held water on DNP....so was this gain water weight? Glycogen replenishment??
My BF remained the same when I tested (3pt caliper) down from 10.5 to 7.8.
I still look flat, no vascularity or definition, which I assume is from holding water.
It has taken me 3 days of sweating to get back to 213.
