I am at 3 weeks from rotator repair. Cleared for light lower body with no shoulder weight bearing exercises. What would you do?
I started today.. everything 20reps
Leg curls
Leg extension
Leg press
Step ups
Calf raises
Not my idea of a killer workout but got hear rate up after 3weeks down. Im thinking 3 days a week with strict emphasis on form and varying exercises until cleared fulky in april....
Opinion?
