Simple opinion question but for guys who use GH what is your typical schedule?
For example 5 days on 2 off at ? iu's daily.
" 6 days on 1 off " "
7 days a week till cash runs out
10iu's M/W/F after training etc etc (mass gaining)
I always ran it every day for about 4-6 months at about 3iu's but I'm hearing more and more about taking days off during the week. I've even thought about running it at 3-4iu's 3 days on 1 day off to mimic my training cycle. I typically use it for fat loss rather than the 3x a week bulking schedule.
