Opinions on injectable B-12

Hey all- I was just wondering what everyone's experience has been with B-12. I'm looking specifically at Synthetek's Synthelamin, hoping to improve recovery/energy. Your opinions are greatly appreciated.
 
Synthetek.......great products and great service. B-12 is a good option. It will help improve appetite and yes it is good all round to add to your training and supplemetation. Excellent for general health as well. Good choice!
 
Yea it should improve your appetite a bit. Also, I don't know about other guys, but it gave me some freaky vascularity.
 
Well,

I loved Synthetek's B-12. When it was HOT as hell last summer and I had NO appetite the B-12 got me to the point where I could eat a ton again. My girl even takes it...She happens to be a vegitarian(Sucks for our dinner options:D)
 
Use the Search button and type in Synthelamin. You will get tons of feedback.

It will only work if your liver is not stressed. A lot of appetite problems that people have are due to a stressed liver, and unless that is fixed, Synthelamin won't do anything.
 
I really can't see how that can be when it's a non hormonal product.

I know that sounds crazy. And I never had acne as a teenager neither using a gram of test per week. Go figure...

Symptoms of Toxicity - There are reports that supplementation with vitamin B12 may induce an acne like eruption on the skin or worsening of acne if present. Otherwise, I know of no documented adverse symptoms.

I may have "acne like" symptoms on B-12...

i wonder at what level it gets to be *toxic*?
 
I get a rediculous appetite on it, I generally feel better, and I even get a little personal side benefit ;)
 
Myself I never did more than 2 shots of 1000mcg per week for a few weeks. Usually by the second week my forehead and face break-up like on nothing else.

thx... I've been taking 2000mcg per day for the last 2 weeks or so. I have 200+ cc i still need to get rid of lol. I'll say this, it has helped me out a lot, I'm hungrier then a fat kid about to eat his birthday cake.

As that statement says, there are no documented sides. What I think might happen (all theory here) is that due to the increase in red blood cells - more nutrients - higher metabolism (you know the rest), the effects of the diet would be enhanced, so acne could happen but directly related to the diet.

Also, B-12 is a water soluble vitamin and any excess gets peed out. As such, toxicity cannot happen, so that statement above is wrongly expressed.
