Opinions on REVISED Martial Arts video please?

I really appreciated all the feedback when I posted my MMA video promo last week.

Basically, it was a flop! I accept that. I was trying something different and it didn't work. I have since re-edited and request your opinions again.

This time the promo is much shorter and much higher energy. But I guess I'm just hard-headed because I still want to try and make a powerful MMA video without using heavy metal music like everyone else does. So what do you think? Still too artsy?

This one is an introduction to a new MMA networking website. You'll see it when you log on.

Another version of this with voice-over explaining the site will be used to draw people to the site.

Thanks everyone for your input. I liked it too but at over two minutes the first one was WAY too long for this kind of thing and probably a little too sedate. I'm very glad I re-edited this because I like the new one better too!

you may want to mix it up even more, and start off with some slow motion intro's of some elite fighters to some slower music, then bust into the heavy music once they start fighting, try to sync powerful strikes and slams with the heavy beats in the music, you'll make some thing awesome.

best part of this one would have to be the hits at the end that coincide with the instrumental "hits." gave it a GREAT ending. i feel it could be a bit shorter so by the time you get to those hard hits it is even more daunting b/c we don't wait for it too long so it feels like a bigger "payday." hope that makes some kind of sense. just pm'd you -STEELE

You make a good point. Shorter is always better with something like this however, it's not quite done yet and I needed to leave room for the voiceover to explain what the site is all about. I just wanted to get some opinions on the style before I went ahead and spent the time to finish it off.
