Opinions, thoughts, or evidence on expired gear

Was wondering what everyone's opinion was on expired gear.
I normally never cared but should I rethink this.
Have some freeman, toro, old bd etc.

Is there any reason it could lose its potency. I had several Chem classes and I can't see any issue. Maybe water based if anything. But could be wrong.
Opinions on both oils/water based and orals.

I have steroid tested that was 5 yrs PAST expire that still came back 100% label strength. If your items are stored correctly they have the possibility of last many years,,,even past the expire.

Some oils go bad faster than others. I know grapeseed has a shorter shelf life

Agree with this. I'm currently running test e that expired in 2014, just got bloods showing my test level at the max of the range on only 250mg per week.

Does this mean that raws should last even longer than already brewed gear?

I doubt it because with Raws several things can affect it like humidity. My assumption is that being suspended in the oil as long as temperatures are correct this would help from the chemical structure breaking down. When you have raw powder humidity can change the chemical compound from the oxygen and hydrogen elements possibly binding to areas of the molecule they shouldn't .
Proper sealing and temps likely help. Just as a cigar in the open compared to in a humidor.
Maybe throwing some rice in any orals or a desiccant pkg coukd help with shelf life.
I recall a movie with DiCaprio where his ludes supposedly took longer to kick in because they were old. If was true and not just for the movie. Then orals or Raws must change chemical structure somehow.

Oils- will Not loose potency. Only issue could be is if the seal wasn't properly pressed.
Orals- they'll actually condense/ contract inside the tablet, but potency will remain as long as it's not exposed to moisture. Old orals just slightly longer to kick in, so if taking before gym give it an extra 15 mins (45 instead of 30).
Water based- no reason there should be any difference as long as it's not stored in direct sunlight.
That goes for oils too, but I had cyp tested that was in sunlight for 6mo and all was fine). And it was a yr past expiration. Same w a vial of mast.

I found some Test E, Deca, and Tren that was 8 years old and I had no problems at all with any of them. The seal had not been broken before then.
