I am considering the following cycle.

Background
32 yrs old, lifting since I can rememeber, but hard the last 4-5 years. Did a run of Dbol two years ago, got good results. I am still a bit out of shape to run this cycle. I figure i am 6-7 weeks out. I want to get my BF in line (so i am considering some Clen, but everything i read says you lose a lot of muscle mass on clen) Anyways, I still consider myself a novice and dont want to start out too hard. So i have done my reseach and come up with the following:

My goals are simple... keep my diet in line over the next 6-7 weeks, drop down to about 16-18% BF and then work on muscle growth.

Suggestions? Advice? All posts welcome....

for what it is worth bro i would definately add some test. also i think a really good beginner cycle would be maybe 100 mg eod of test p and maybe about 50 mg ed of anavar. then with proper pct of course. then you would not get a lot of bloat and should get nice hard gains. and really easy on you as far as sides go. jmo.
 
Ok here it is, straight up no BS. Your cycle is horrible!! All orals???? Why do you guys jump on orals first??? You are not a kid, you need to look after your liver! Use test of the longer acting type, Enanth, cyp, sust. Etc. Put some deca or eq with that. keep your doses low around 250-300mg test p/wk and deca or eq around 200mg p.wk. You will get all the gains you want and can run this cycle for longer periods of time. The gains you make you will keep. Stay off of orals for now. Clean up your diet and put your protein levels right up. around 2gms per pound of BW. keep your carbs in the medium to slightly low range and include some good fats. You will be very pleased with the results from this. You do not need nolv at this time.

Dbol only is bullshit. Kids do gear like that because it's cheap and plentiful and they're nitwits. You came here, so that makes you a genius since you asked for help!
Get in shape, get your bf down to well under 15% and learn how to eat healthy.
If and when you get that far, try 500mg test enth per wk for an initial cycle. Eat right, lift big, sleep bigger and you'll change your life. You will thank yourself for it for years to come:sta'-wars
 
Once again i agree drop the orals do test ,(me i like test enathate at 500 mg a week ) Nolvadex have it on hand only if you need it, it's not a must . Train hard eat right and get all the sleep you can.
 
I am not even going to say anything! I like the pyramid idea idea though. What is this 1986?
 
Thanks for the input guys. Im just trying to make sure that i do this right. I would rather ask the question now and get hammered, then go in blind and end up in worse shape.

Currently - Down 16 pounds, Diet is in check, kids went to McDonalds this weekend and I went home and make chicken and Rice!
