I am considering the following cycle.
Background
32 yrs old, lifting since I can rememeber, but hard the last 4-5 years. Did a run of Dbol two years ago, got good results. I am still a bit out of shape to run this cycle. I figure i am 6-7 weeks out. I want to get my BF in line (so i am considering some Clen, but everything i read says you lose a lot of muscle mass on clen) Anyways, I still consider myself a novice and dont want to start out too hard. So i have done my reseach and come up with the following:
Week Dianabol (5mg) Nolvadex (20mg) Winney (10mg)
1 3 1
2 3 1
3 6 1
4 7 1 2
5 5 1 3
6 3 1 4
7 3
8 2
My goals are simple... keep my diet in line over the next 6-7 weeks, drop down to about 16-18% BF and then work on muscle growth.
Suggestions? Advice? All posts welcome....
