I am 48 and just started competing this year. I know my legs need the most work, but would like opinions on my physique. the pics were at 207#, I think I might be more competitive in the 190's?

even from this photo it is hard to critique your physique. from what i see, it looks as if your back could be brought up some to give you better balance, posing could use some work to present yourself better (hands in front lat should be placed lower) and the cut of your posing trunks don't compliment your body.

TDCOACH, You look GREAT for 48 Bro! I see two weaknesses and your legs are the greatest by far as you already are aware. The only other major weakness I see are your lats. You need to add both thickness AND width to them which you should be able to do. It looks like the tie-ins are there to do so. I have the same problems with legs. Its hard for a taller guy to fill them in but when you do they will be very impressive. Just get some good advice on this Board for leg workouts......it will make a tremendous difference in your next contest.
