Long time lurker here, have any of you guys run orals on a EOD or a 1on 2off schedule? Do to oral half life's I've always heard you need to takes them daily or multiple daily, but I had a recent discussion with a very knowledgeable gym acquaintance who claims a 1 day on 2 off is the most efficient way to run any oral and will not only keep you liver healthier but keep your body for desenisizing to the compund, which will result in much better gains. Any truth to this?
 
Only thing I can offer is that in the past I used dbol only on days I lifted. So 1 or 2 days a week I didn't take it. I didn't feel any difference, so no negatives for me. Having a few days off was probably easier on my body. That was something I tried to do in order to make using the drug a bit safer.

Days I took it, I'd take a dose 3x a day.
 
Every oral is going to be liver toxic at somepoint .. even Tylenol etc..
to what extent it depends on the person. And many many factors. What works for one person won’t work for another.
Half life Is half life, it won’t change drastically.. but it will in each person..

only way to find out for yourself is to try it.
 
Intermittent oral use works fine until you need to run large doses or run an oral cycle for a prolonged amount of time.

Yeah, I doubt that skipping a few days a week is going to make your body more responsive to the drug. It could be a factor if you run it for a long time though. All just conjecture.

That can't be answered until you state what your bodybuilding goal is. So, what are your goals and do you compete?

No I do not compete, just your average gym rat who run the occasional cycle now and then, my goal is, when I do run a AAS cycle to do it in the most efficient and healthy way possible.

This. Ive done dbol at 50-60mg an hour or two before I lifted and it did give me a better workout.

I have a friend that did EOD on dbol before and he seemed to like it, but he was on Test and other things so I dont think hed notice if it was less effective.

Most "healthy" is going to be to stay away from most orals, and any 17aa oral completely and do something like a low dose of Test (Up to 500mg week) with a mild substance like Equipoise that in my opinion, is vastly underrated.

But you can row dbol as low as 20mg a day and see very good results without putting too much shit in your body. Ive done 20mg and it worked great and I wouldnt be surprised if 15mg did some good too in conjunction with some Test.
 
I don't believe that stable level of orals they work straight away whenever you take them. Of course some effects like hardening will be visible due to fact that you are longer on them but as long as being anabolic it is straight effect. Can you imagine that you would have to wait two weeks to paracetamol to kick in? "there is no ester attached to it.
 
I've taken orals 4x per week workout days only. I can say that my appetite was much better doing it this way but the results are better dosing every day imo.

Another thing I liked doing was 3 days anadrol, 3 days tbol then repeat. You can do this with any oral obviously, not just those two haha

I don't think the answer you gave for his question of what are your goals.

Your answer of healthy and efficient is everyone's preference. But it's a safety answer. But I must say .everyone might want healthy and efficient but are no way close to it and they know it.the addiction for size blind them.

I believe he meant by your goals.is how you want to look
As far as muscles size,definition ext.

I don't believe eq is underrated.its just a compound that not everyone reacts to it as others.some get really bad anxiety from it some dont.

I'm one that if something like eq doesn't work for me why bother jamming for 16+weeks and not be happy with results
